There is an all-weather road from the main George Price Highway at Teakettle Village that gives direct access to most of the parcels and the property is about 15 miles from the capital city of Belmopan.
Most of the adjoining land to the west is in agriculture.
Some of the west face of the land is a steep bluff which slopes down to gentle hills. There is a cave on one of the parcels.
